Thomas Hayes, Esq.
Tom Hayes has wide experience in a variety of areas of the law. In addition to representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation, Tom routinely represents clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions, advises small business owners, engages in estate planning, probate, land use, and development, offering creative, practical solutions to life’s legal challenges. He is widely respected by the litigation bar and serves frequently as a mediator in disputed cases.
Tom has lectured on probate administration, real estate and civil litigation. He has represented clients in the state courts of Vermont and New Hampshire, the United States District Court, and at the Vermont Supreme Court.
He is admitted to practice in Vermont, New Hampshire, Texas, and the District of Columbia.
