Helena M. Gardner, Esq.
I was honored to join Hayes, Windish & Badgewick at the start of 2019, and have enjoyed diving into the firm’s busy practice. My work has included a variety of insurance defense matters, private civil disputes, and contract and estate analyses.
My husband and I moved to Vermont in 2009 to start a family after spending much of our 20s in the mid-Atlantic. Right after moving I started a position as legislative counsel with the Vermont General Assembly, where I spent almost nine years. My family moved to the Upper Valley in early 2015, and it has been a great fit for us: we have extended family in the area, enjoy access to great hockey and other recreational sports programs for our son (and abundant coaching opportunities for my husband), and take advantage of the area’s many cultural and recreational opportunities.
