Helena M. Gardner, Esq.
Born and raised in New England, and married to a Vermonter, I was delighted to move to Vermont in 2009 to start a new life after spending most of my 20s in the mid-Atlantic. A week after our move to Chittenden County, I started a position as legislative counsel with the Vermont General Assembly, where I spent almost nine years. We moved to the Upper Valley in early 2015, and it has been a great fit for us: we have extended family in the area, enjoy access to great hockey and other recreational sports programs for our son (and abundant coaching opportunities for my husband), and take advantage of the area’s many cultural and recreational opportunities. I was honored to join Hayes, Windish & Badgewick at the start of 2019, and am excited to dive into the firm’s busy practice.
